1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SecurityCart.in ("the Site"), browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of an adult, to place an order on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@securitycart.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Product Information & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur — if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or minor design details may vary between batches.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is collected securely online through our payment gateway (Razorpay) at the time of order — we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own servers. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, with a full refund issued for any amount already paid.
5. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Delivery timelines, charges, and courier/technician handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility is described in our Return & Refund Policy. Product warranty coverage and claim procedures are described in our Warranty Policy. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting fraudulent orders or payment information, scraping or copying our catalog for commercial resale elsewhere, or interfering with the Site's normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of SecurityCart.in or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and brand names belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
SecurityCart.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, beyond the value of the order placed. Installation and AMC services are performed by our technicians with reasonable skill and care, but we recommend following manufacturer guidelines for all electrical and security equipment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or an order placed with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
